In 2021 Greater Manchester was celebrated as the first Champion City of The Queen’s Green Canopy, recognising the city’s ambitious target to plant 3 million trees & become carbon neutral by 2038. It was a brilliant, diverse event to photograph, with individuals coming from all across the Gatley Hill area to plant trees. As a Bristol event photographer it was brilliant to get the chance to travel further abroad to capture this special event.
