I was honored to be a part of Emily and Josh’s big day and be their Great Tythe Barn wedding photographer. The day started with a beautiful ceremony at their village church, followed by a lively reception at the stunning Great Tythe Barn in Tetbury. From start to finish, the day’s relaxed and joyful spirit made the who thing a dream to photograph.
The church ceremony was a standout, brimming with heartfelt moments and uplifting musical performances from close friends.
Moving to the Great Tythe Barn for the reception, we did a quick 10 mins couple portraits sessions as the dark clouds above the venue looked a little daunting. As a Great Tythe Barn wedding photographer, the rustic setting with its beautiful stonework and surrounding nature always makes for beautiful backdrops. Emily and Josh were a joy to work with during their portraits, their chemistry shining through in every shot.
Their guests were equally wonderful to capture. Everyone shared in the couple’s happiness, and the atmosphere was full of warmth. As the evening progressed, the barn transformed into a lively party space. The couple’s first dance was a highlight, setting the tone for a night of music and celebration. The energy on the dance floor was electric, and the fairy-lit backdrop added a magical touch to the photos.
